How it Works?
Booking is simple! Just follow these steps:
Confirm Your Date – Check availability with us and secure your preferred date.
Place a Deposit – A 50% deposit is required to reserve (via Zelle, check, or credit card).
Send Final Details – At least 3 days before your event, we’ll need:
Final headcount (minimum of 50 guests)
Event address & contact person
Your taco selections
Any dietary restrictions or special requests
Info about truck access/setup space
The remaining balance is due 1 day before your event.
1. We arrive 30 minutes before your start time for setup.
2. Service runs for 2 hours.
3. Our team handles setup, serving, and cleanup of our space.
4. Please ensure there’s a designated spot for our truck or setup area.
